Q) How do I cancel my month to month membership?
A) Email us at to let us know. Include your name and which location you are a member of in your email. Please note, you must give us at least 30 days notice of cancellation before your next bill date. Anything less than 30 days and you will be billed for the following month.
Q) Does My Time Fitness have wifi available?
A) All of our facilities have free access to WIFI, there are signs with the WIFI password posted inside of each gym.
Q) What if I want to tour the facility before I join?
A) Unfortunately, due to the small size of our staff it is sometimes hard to coordinate one on one tours of our gyms. Please use the pictures on our website and/or email us at if you have any further questions about any of our facilities.
Q) How do I speak with a My Time Fitness Representative?
A) Customer service is available Monday through Friday 830AM-4PM by phone at 312-878-8686 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please direct all questions and concerns after customer service business hours to email@example.com. You will receive response from our team within 24 hours.
Q) How do I update my credit card number or what if I have billing questions?
A) Click on the site that you joined under "Member Log In". Enter your email address and password if you set one up at the time of joining. If you did not choose a password, click on "forgot password". You will be sent an email to create a password for your account. You can update your billing information from there.

A) Billing is done electronically every month.
Q) How do I access the club?
A) After joining online, you will be given a secure access code within 24 hours of sigining up to register at the gym. Please click on the "Code Registration" page on our website for further instructions and a video. Additionally, when you are sent your access code, instructions and a link to the video are included in the email.
Q) Is My Time Fitness secure?
A) My Time Fitness went to great lengths to create a proprietary security system that monitors their facilities 24 hours a day. The front door has a “tailgate” alarm that makes an audio alert inside the gym and sends a message to our control center if more than one person enters the facility with only one code. We also have several Blue Emergency buttons on our walls throughout the facility in case an emergency arises. Once a Blue Emergency Button is pressed, or an Emergency Exit is opened, police and rescue are notified directly. In addition, there are several video surveillance cameras located throughout the facilities.
