My Time Fitness and the hereby member agrees to the following terms. The membership cancellation at My Time Fitness is an open enrollment meaning that the membership rolls from month to month. Therefore the member/client is not obligated to a contract but is obligated to the following cancellation process. If the termination email or process is not completed by 20^th or before the previous month of cancellation, your membership shall be valid through the following/future month. Upon completion and payment of the proceeding/future month, your account will effectively be cancelled and you will no longer be held accountable for payments for membership. There is no option to suspend your account at My Time Fitness, making this cancellation policy the active policy for all members. If the member leaves an outstanding balance remaining with My Time Fitness, the stated member is therefore subject to the Open Balance Fine Agreement. In this agreement it states that all open ended and canceled accounts with payments due are to be fined $250. The stated member most pay all fees due to actively/properly terminate his/her membership.
