FAQ'sQ) How does the pricing work? A) To become a My Time Fitness member, we charge a one-time technology / enrollment fee of $99. Each month, you pay base membership dues of $19.00. When you access the facility, you pay $3.75 per visit. The usage charges accumulate to a max cost of $49.00/mo. After you hit the max membership cost, all workouts are “FREE.” My Time Fitness charges membership dues once a month on the 1st. The usage fees will be billed after they have been calculated on the first of the following month. Prior month's usage + Current month membership dues = Charges for the month. Paid in Full members pay $400 for the year and have unlimited usage to My Time Fitness. The technology / enrollment fee is also waived. Q) How am I billed? A) Billing is done electronically on the first of every month. Members are charged base dues for the current month ($19/mo.) + usage fees for the previous month ($3.75 x number of visits) on the first of the month. You will never be charged more than $49 for a month’s membership. Q) What if I join mid month? Are the dues prorated? A) Dues are not prorated. In order to be fair, we add the extra time on to your last month of membership. Q)How do I access the club? A) After joining online, you will be given a secure access code. The code will be activated within 24 hours. Enter the code on the keypad at the door and it will unlock for you. Q) Is My Time Fitness secure? A) My Time Fitness went to great lengths to create a proprietary security system that monitors their facilities 24 hours a day. The front door has a “tailgate” alarm that makes an audio alert inside the gym and sends a message to our control center if more than one person enters the facility with only one code. We also have several Blue Emergency buttons on our walls throughout the facility in case an emergency arises. Once a Blue Emergency Button is pressed, or an Emergency Exit is opened, police and rescue are notified directly. In addition, there are several video surveillance cameras located throughout the facilities. All credit card information is processed through EZFacility which uses state-of-the-art security to safeguard customer data. Security measures such as Level 1 PCI Certification, SAS 70 Type 2 Certified Datacenter, continuous and up-to-date firewall protection along with SSL encryption to keep data secure and private. Q) How do I update my credit card number or what if I have billing questions? A) Call us at 312-878-8686 or email us at info@mytime-fitness.com Q) What if I want to tour the facility before I join? A) Please visit the virtual tour as well as pictures of the facility. Because there are no long term contracts, if you join and find that My Time Fitness is not for you, you can cancel with no obligation. Q) How do I access a My Time Fitness Promotion? A) Promotion pricing is precalculated into our Online Registration each month. You can find our current promotions on our homepage at www.my-time-fitness.com and on our Promotions page. There are several large, blue safety buttons located on the walls throughout every facility. Although we have never had an issue, the buttons are easily accessible and are linked directly to police and rescue.
